Full Trailer Home Rebuild
Ryan rebuilt a trailer house my grandma owns that was basically trashed. Floors were ruined with mouse and rat damage, the walls were trashed, and the floor was even caving in in places. Not just the sub floor. Floor joists and everything. It smelled disgusting in there too. Ryan wasn't scared of that, and he went in and busted butt on it. He fixed the floor, he put new flooring in, he repainted and fixed all the walls and fixtures. He rebuilt the cabinetry, and much much more. I walked in the first time it was done, and was shocked! It didn't seem possible the house would be that nice! The awful smell was even gone! I totally recommend Ace Handyman Services, and Ryan, to anyone.

Tree Stump Grinding
Ryan came out and helped me out by grinding some very large stumps out of my backyard. He showed up when he said said he was going to and got right to work. Ryan went above and beyond for my stump grinding, by taking the time to make sure the stumps where completely gone since we plan on adding a pool in the future. His prices where very reasonable and fair. I will definitely be using Ryan again in the future!!
